BROADWAY SHOWSTOPPERS

Broadway Showstoppers showcases September 2, 8:00 pm at the Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion. The Pavilion lights up under the stars with show-stopping numbers from the latest generation of Broadway musicals like Wicked and Mamma Mia. This concert will have you tapping your toes and dancing in the aisles. Selections from such high-energy shows as Lion King and Rent take audience members on a musical journey down modern-day Broadway. 

Also, joining the Symphony is the Gay Men's Chorus of Houston, one of the most visible faces of diversity in the Houston area since it was founded 30 years ago. The Chorus strives to promote a positive sense of community through the music they sing.
