 Purpose Room, University of Houston, Central Campus. Urban Harvest presents six panelists exploring the resurgence of a desire to use our natural resources without destroying ecological balance. There is a growing movement in Houston and throughout this country to create resilient local food systems that are truly sustainable, a new call to victory gardens, backyard chickens, edible schoolyards, farmers markets, and small family farms.  http://www.urbanharvest.org
